Pulaski Bank will never ask a customer to provide, verify or update their personal, account, or other financial information via email, Internet pop-up windows, live or automated phone call or text message. This includes: Social Security Number, passwords, Personal Identification Numbers (PIN), or ATM, Credit or Debit Card numbers.
If you are contacted by any of these methods requesting personally identifiable or account information, do not respond and never click on a link contained in a suspicious email and contact your local Pulaski Bank representative immediately, or email security@pulaskibankstl.com. Emails will be monitored on banking days Monday–Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Central Time.
Note: Remember, we may call you to verify card activity that appears suspicious or to provide you with information about products and services we offer.
